"Still waiting after three long months!"
I placed an order for two controllers on September 12, 2022, and here we are on December 27, still no sign of them! They took the payment from my account right away, but I never got a confirmation email. To make matters worse, the website seems to have vanished! There's no way to reach out for help.

"Awesome support from the team"
You can really gauge a business by their response when stuff hits the fan. My game went missing in the depths of Hermes' tracking mess, so I reached out through email. The replies were quick, and I received excellent assistance throughout our chat - they even offered me a refund without any hassle, but then the game showed up in the end!

In short; Joystick Games = GREAT, Hermes = NOT SO GREAT :)

"My First Experience with Joystick"
This is my initial go with Joystick Games, and I can tell you it definitely won’t be the last time. My preorder arrived right on the release day, and there were no problems at all, plus it was a fantastic deal. I highly recommend it!

"No Phone Number? No Trust!"
The price was decent and it showed up when expected, but man, their customer service is terrible. They don’t have a phone number to reach out to, and emails go unanswered. If you post a question on their Facebook that they don’t like, they’ll just block you. Honestly, I’d rather spend a little extra on a company I can actually get in touch with. Can’t recommend this one.

"Thrilled with our initial purchase"
This was our first time ordering from Joystick Games, and we couldn't be happier with the service and how they kept us in the loop. We picked up Pokemon Arceus, and we were drawn to this new company because their prices were really good. My son is over the moon since he got the game today right on the release date. The updates on the shipment were top-notch, arriving as soon as it was sent out. We'll definitely be checking this site first when we're ready to grab another game.
